Experiment:walking water The walking water experiment explains capillary action, where water moves upward against gravity through narrow spaces in materials like paper towels. Water molecules are attracted to the towel fibers (adhesion) and to each other (cohesion), pulling water up and out of the glasses into the empty ones. The paper towel fibers act like tiny tubes, similar to a plant's vascular system, drawing water to the empty cups until the water levels equalize. Done by Umer Hamza Grade
